Job Title: Customer Service (German language)

**Afternoon Shift

Family: External Temporary Worker

Location : Manesar

Saturday & Sunday's fixed off (With cab Facility to certain location)

Budget : 4 LPA

Free cab facility (to Dwarka, gurgaon, mehruali,sultanpur, Ghittorni, Mahipalpur, AF Rajokri, Rajorkri, Manesar and other near by location in Gurgaon and chattarpur(Saturday & Sunday's are fixed off)

Responsible for interfacing with internal customers, sales, service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. Responds to and /or provides assistance to Agilent customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, installation of service /calibration requests, customer query, contact issues/or administration. Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.

Discipline:

* Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and recommends improvements. Ensures proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Use systems and tools to input data, generate reports and respond to inquiries from end customer.

* Evaluates customer service assignments and determines actions required

* Customer service tasks involve analysis and new/customized approaches

* Solves or identify complex administrative problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.

Ensure close working relationship with US scheduling coordinator for a smooth scheduling of service and to maintain the daily operation at agreed service level targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Individual contributor responsible for timely execution of pre-defined scheduling tasks for AFO

2. Point of contact for the internal Americas colleagues

3.Send customized Thank You Letter to customer post order booking.

4.Send reminder emails to customer for the upcoming Installation service.

5.Monitors shipment of new instruments purchased by customer and escalation in case of delay

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree from recognized University.

2. Good command on English (Written and Verbal)

3. Requires sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.

4. 0-1 years of work experience
