  • Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA.
  • Focus on timely delivery of roles and responsibilities.

Will co-ordinate with multiple business groups and manage end to end delivery of the support requests.

Min 1-2 years of working experience in web domain with following skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server side technologies [ASP, ASP.Net, JSP, Servlets, PHP, ColdFusion] and databases [SQL server, Oracle, MySQL]
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and CSS is must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Web Support Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick learner and strong team player.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook is must.
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Should be effective in grasping the process knowledge of projects and end to end business flow.
